EBOP offers low-cost training and marketing assistance for minority business owners and first-time entrepreneurs in West Berkeley, South Berkeley, Oakland, and Richmond (FASTRAC program). Special one year youth program offers free training, mentoring, and financing

LOCAL ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE PROJECT (LEAP)
