EBOP offers low-cost training and marketing assistance for minority business owners and first-time entrepreneurs in West Berkeley, South Berkeley, Oakland, and Richmond (FASTRAC program). Special one year youth program offers free training, mentoring, and financing

LOCAL ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE PROJECT (LEAP)

Experienced businesspeople provide free seminars and hands-on technical assistance.
